Travel Under £100 (Total Cost)

Where the overall travel cost for the engagement is under £100, this will be absorbed. This threshold applies to the full coaching assignment rather than to each individual session, recognising that some travel may cover multiple appointments or a combined itinerary.

Overnight, Long-Distance and International Travel

Where total travel costs exceed £100, requires overnight accommodation, or involves international journeys this will be assessed, the first £100 will always be absorbed by Damson. A tailored quote will be provided that reflects the time commitment, expenses and feasibility. This ensures transparency, fairness and alignment with the scope of work.

Online Support

You are welcome to request online-only coaching for packages but this is not something we recommend – our services are designed to keep face to face contact to workable amount for all parties in this people focussed service. Suitability for an online experience will be assessed alongside your goals and the nature of the work to ensure it provides an effective and sustainable delivery model.

Client Travel to Coaching

If you prefer to travel to sessions yourself, this is welcomed. We will jointly identify arrangements that support comfort, practicality and the quality of the coaching experience.
