Hello! I’m Jess. I founded Damson to support those looking to change their creative lives.
I help individuals & creative business owners focus on what is important to enable them to fulfil their potential & achieve their goals. I fell in love with coaching while managing – seeing the transformative benefits. I joined the coaching team at LCC in 2023 & I am a fully certified, credentialed ICF coach.
What is good about my coaching?
Why Creative People Like Working with Me.
As well as my qualifications and experience, I’m a lifelong culture geek (too much reading, and knitting). I play live music in a band, written songs my whole life, and come from a very creative family of musicians. I have now set up my own creative branch of the family by marrying a lovely, award winning poet.
I completely understand what creative working feels like, and its challenges.I love talking to people about their creative processes, helping them to make their best work and unpack ideas. I enjoy supporting people in intense creative periods to meet deadlines and helping them to reframe barriers. Whether you’re a writer, a cultural leader or a designer, it’s a jot to help people to change how they approach their creative lives, making sure there is space and energy to produce work.
