About

Hello! I’m Jess. I founded Damson to support those looking to change their creative lives.

I help individuals & creative business owners focus on what is important to enable them to fulfil their potential & achieve their goals. I fell in love with coaching while managing – seeing the transformative benefits. I joined the coaching team at LCC in 2023 & I am a fully certified, credentialed ICF coach.

My Credentials.

I’m an ICF credentialed coach. This is considered the ‘gold standard’ in coaching – I was formally trained in ICF coaching through one of the leading providers in coaching training -Optimus. I am a member of the ICF and Association for Coaching. I advise anyone looking for a coach to make sure they have coaching training with an ICF provider.

My Coaching Approach.

My coaching approach integrates psychology, neuroscience and evidence-based thinking. I pair this with sector-specific awareness. I help clients unlock workable solutions, build healthier habits, and drive effective change with clarity and confidence. I have lots of experience of coaching people with ADHD.

Experience with Teams.

I have over over ten years experience of managing large scale teams (60+, 100+) within third sector and local government. I have managed flagship services for Royal Voluntary Service – delivering national projects. For the last five years, I worked within the cultural services department at LCC.
