Hello! I’m Jess, I’ve developed Damson to support those who are looking to improve their creative processes. I help individuals and creative business owners focus on what is important to enable them to fulfil their potential and achieve their goals.I fell in love with coaching while managing – seeing the clear and transformative benefits of the style. I joined the coaching team at LCC in 2023 and am now a fully accredited, ICF trained coach and a member of the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
I am a lifelong musician, devoted knitter and love to hear about the creative lives of others. My coaching approach integrates psychology and neuroscience with a practical insight into creative development and business. By drawing on evidence-based thinking and sector-specific awareness, I help clients unlock workable solutions, build healthier habits, and drive effective change with clarity and confidence.I have over over ten years experience of managing large scale teams within third sector and local government. I have managed flagship services for Royal Voluntary Service and delivered national projects. For the last five years, I worked within the cultural services department at LCC.
